Cancellation Policy 

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following understanding will be helpful.

24 hour advance notice is helpful when canceling an appointment. This allows me time and opportunity to schedule someone else in your place.  Please do not worry if less than 24 hrs notice occurs because it is simply unavoidable, we are all in need of grace.  If a habit forms of last minute cancelations we should consider what the interferences are and go from there.

No Shows 

are often due to mixups of some kind. Let's reschedule!

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, this may result in a shortened session which I think would already make sense.  I will always try to work in a full session but if its too close to call in order to have time and preparedness for the next person, we'll talk about the time I can give for your session.  Full payment however would be a thoughtful consideration since this payment was previously anticipated in both the giving and receiving of the full service,
